After ten years in jail Johnny Chicago, Chuck Moreno, and his brother Coco are back outside. But they’re immediately in trouble again: broken cars, angry girlfriends, bothersome cops. The real trouble starts when they notice the trek of small investors streaming into the Luxembourg tax haven with plasticbags full of money. While preparing their big raid, however, the gang fail to realize that the German tax office is desperately trying to curb the illegal accounts abroad. And so, on the day of their raid, Johnny & Co. don’t find a single money-smuggling German among the bank’s customers. In the meantime, the police have been alarmed and are surrounding the building.
