Gilles is an old farmer from Troyes. He clearly sees that the world has changed and that his farm is no longer adapted to the modern market. Gilles believes that the economic future is the Chinese market. Following a trip to Paris, he notices that the Chinese love this capital and buy all kind of supposedly typical Parisian products. To give his business a new kick, he creates a new product destined for the Chinese market: the mass production of “Parisians”.
