For three years now, “La Flèche d’Or”, a socio-cultural meeting place in the 20th district of Paris, has been offering solidarity performances and activities. Every month, artists perform at the “Soirées Habibi” for drag evenings focusing on the topic of cinema. The film captures the preparations for the season’s last cabaret.

Five drag artists are portrayed from the creation of the costumes to their joint rehearsals, and the film highlights the commonalities and complementarities between their social engagement and that of “La Flèche d’Or”. For both the troupe and the volunteers, openness and collective thinking are paramount. Through and through, culminating in the final bouquet, a committed, festive, and convivial drag show.
