Wuppertal, in the autumn of 2002. It’s rushhour. While Marie and Bela are on their way home, Marie’s son splits up from his girlfriend. At more or less the same time, former lovers Marie and Bela chance upon each other at a suspension railway station. For Marie, it’s an encounter with the love of her life.
