A strictly religious mother and introverted father shield their daughters from the outside world to protect them from the dangers of puberty. Heartbreaker Trip Fontaine manages to persuade the parents to allow the girls to go to a school party with him and his friends. When one of the daughters, Lux, doesn’t arrive home until the morning after the party, events escalate.
