Thirteen-year-old Albion cares for his seriously ill eight-year-old brother Mensur during the school holidays. Mensur suffers from a mysterious illness and is confined to a wheelchair. The two children create their only little wonderworld of video games, comics and boundless imagination.

They try to ignore the fact that Mensur’s pain is becoming ever stronger. When Mensur confides in Albion that he isn’t actually sick, but is instead turning into a turtle, Albion must face a decision: Should he believe his little brother and help him with the transformation, or should he take on responsibility and turn to adults for help?
