Markus has died. After his funeral service, his best friend Horst, his wife Melanie and his childhood-sweetheart Patrizia stay on in the pub in the Berlin neighbourhood of Wedding. All of a sudden, Markus’ lover Jeanette appears. Her mere presence throws the desolate wake into disarray.
