Due to an inexplicable epidemic, the whole world population are gradually losing their sense perceptions. While the disaster slowly evolves, a researcher, Susan, and a chef, Michael, both haunted by painful memories, meet up in Glasgow.

Although the disease spreads and all people have already lost their senses of smell and taste, life continues. After a period of disorientation, everyone adjusts to the new situation. The lovers’ relationship develops and becomes more and more intense. It’s no longer mere passion that binds them together.

Each escalating step is preceded by vast swings of mood, and before the loss of hearing, Michael throws a tantrum due to which the lovers split up. The world seems to drown in chaos. And then something even worse looms on the horizon: blindness.
