Chris Petit

HOF remains one of the few real film festivals (with as much emphasis on beer and football as on films), as opposed to the usual empty showcases, so I was very honoured to have my first film receive its world premiere there in 1979 and to be invited back last year by the late great Badewitz to show a retrospective of my work. A fitting and pleasing arc to a career; and all good luck for the next fifty years.
