Col Turner returned home from Vietnam to discover he had cancer. Living in a War Service home, all his neighbours were Vietnam vets. They too had problems – psychological disorders and brain tumours, wives who miscarried, children with birth defects. Col began to suspect that Agent Orange was to blame. The film tells of Col’s battle with a bureaucracy that refused to admit liability and of a couple who never lost their sense of humour, even at the darkest moments.
