Vroni lives in a small village in Bavaria and falls in love for the first time. Between the stifling routine of everyday tasks on the farm where she lives with her mother and grandmother and tenative discussions about boys and sex with her friend, Gerti, Vroni feels drawn into the woods, to the caravan of the young Czech puppet player, Ales.
