17-year-old Clara has been living underground for years – together with her mother Dagmar, a wanted former RAF terrorist who finances their lives through robberies. When she is blackmailed by a corrupt official from the Federal Criminal Police Office, Clara is forced to take charge and extricate herself from the seemingly hopeless situation.
