Paul, forever hopeful small-time businessman, lives in a garage stuck between an industrial park and a furniture store. Ever since his wife’s split up from him, he has little contact with his son, Niki. One weekend while Niki is visiting, the two get hold of a racing cart and quickly realize how much they enjoy the game. In the summer holidays, they begin moving from race to race, accompanied by Karl, a grumpy store owner they abuse as sponsor.
