After a young Peruvian woman is murdered, her 20-year-old sister Naomi and mother come to Berlin as joint plaintiffs for the court hearings. In Berlin, Naomi finds out more about her sister’s life there, one which she idolized, and about the suspected motives of her German husband. After the pronouncment of the judgement, she has to make a decision about how and where she herself wants to continue to live.
