A woman who has been the victim of a rape takes off on an journey seeking a confrontation with the perpetrator. By train she crosses the snow-covered landscapes of the Semmering region. Near her destination, she looks for accommodation. This is also an inward journey: en route, she organizes her thoughts, edits lines of her manuskript which are to offer her assistance for the confrontation. It is a slow, searching process.
