14-year-old Max goes on a camping trip in the woods with his father, Wolfgang (45), and his father’s friends. The two haven’t seen each other since the parents separated several months ago and experience a weekend of getting back together with beer, men’s talks and masculine rituals. But soon the idyllic trip becomes more and more frightening and the new bond between Max and Wolfgang is put to a hard test.
