Thinking of Germany, the film director thinks of Munich’s Leopoldstrasse – which has always been his “sitting room” -, because “Leopoldstrasse is everywhere!” Sceptically, he goes in search of new stories his boulevard might have to offer, not expecting to find any. But “Leopoldstraße strikes back” and assaults the author with a wealth of mad stories.
