During their nightly rounds, the plainclothes policemen Tito and Wolf arrest an evasive drug dealer. In the presence of the police doctor, Dr. Angelika Thoma, the two officers conduct a police coercive measure which leads to unexpected complications. But no one calls the life-threatening situation to a halt.
