1976, the last hurrah of bell bottoms, big lapels and even bigger cars. It´s also the year Vivian Abramowitz learns the ABC of bra sizes. It´s a tough time for her, even made tougher by her divorced father Murray´s constant search for a better lifestyle. His goal is to keep the entire family – Vivian, wise-mouthed older brother ben and wide-eyed little brother Rickey – in the Beverly Hills School District, becaus Murray puts it „Furniture is temporary, education is forever“.
