After his father left them, Klemens becomes the man of the house. With his mother Kerstin, he leads a close and well-coordinated everyday life. He is used to dealing with her occasional emotional outbreaks, but has difficulty bonding with 16-year-old Lisa.

But Klemens’ budding sexuality is looking for someone on the receiving end and brings a new aspect to this mother-son relationship, one which threatens to tear their world apart.
